Where is the truth?

On one hand Dice will tell you that there are a million tech job postings.

On the other hand we’re hearing stories about how reskilling or getting those tech skills won’t always guarantee you a job.

Shouldn’t we all work together to do what we can to make sure everybody that spends the enormous amount of time necessary to acquire these skills has work for as long as they are capable of, and wanting to work?
